With great joy we announce that His Eminence Gyalsay Tulku Rinpoche arrived for his first visit to Australia on Saturday 16 June 2007, at 5.55 am, on flight SQ221.
Rinpoche stayed in Australia for about five weeks. During that time he attended some of the regular practices at the Centre and bestowed a number of empowerments. Details of his Sydney programme were as follows:

- 6 July - Light offering for His Holiness the Dalaia Lama's Birthday
- 7 July - Celebrations for His Holiness the Dalai Lama's Birthday
- 8 July - White Umbrella empowerment and Celebrations for His Eminence Gyalsay Tulku Rinpoche's Birthday
- 9 July - Visit to Taronga Zoo
- 14 July - Land Blessing and Incense Puja (Drogmi Retreat Centre)
