Lama Kunga will be giving teachings on Tormas. Tormas symbolize food offering. They have specific characteristics that depend upon the deity to whom they are being offered.
All tormas have three fundamental elements to their construction: foundation, body, and decoration. These symbolize respectively the qualities of body, speech, and mind. Tormas are used in daily religious practice. This special workshop is a must for Tibetan Buddhists.
