      <title>NGONDRO RETREAT</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ngondro Practice &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12pt"&gt;is the preliminary practice on which &lt;strong&gt;to build our foundations&lt;/strong&gt;. It is very important for &lt;strong&gt;purifying negative karma&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;guru devotion &lt;/strong&gt;and gaining merit through &lt;strong&gt;mandala offerings&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
