Ngondro Practice is the preliminary practice on which to build our foundations. It is very important for purifying negative karma, guru devotion and gaining merit through mandala offerings.

Lama comes from Bir Dirru Monastery located in northern India and he has studied the Buddhist philosophy 4 year at the Sakya College in Dheradun. He is well trained in monastic ritual, with great kindness and compassion.
